Wow, wow, wow. I cannot say enough nice things about this boy! Black Moon is a fancy and very correct buck with an absolutely outstanding, champion filled pedigree. Moon's first kids arrived in 2015 and we couldn't be more pleased! Not only are they very correct, with great width, depth, well extended briskets, nice length of body, and stand on straight legs, but they are colorful as well! We love it when you can have the whole package! Pedigree, conformation, udder quality, and color! Doesn't get much better! Something we noticed with Moon's kids this year is he's a really consistent producer. It's not hard to pick out the Black Moon kids in a group. He has amazing width between the hocks, something we've noticed on all of his kids this year. He also does not toe out in the rear which is something the Nigerian breed really struggles with. That said, he could be slightly wider through the front legs. We have retained a few 2015 doelings of his and look forward to seeing them freshen in the future.
